Ask CLEO

CLEO answers questions about what is on screen, so start the chat on the page your question is about.

Before you begin

• CLEO is switched on for the environment. A faded sparkle button that says CLEO Is Off means it is not yet (CLEO).

Steps

1. Open the page your question is about, such as a problem or a service.
2. Tap the round sparkle button at the bottom right of the screen.
3. Type your question in plain words, or tap a starting question to put it in the message box.
4. Tap the send button.
5. If CLEO asks to use the environment's AI provider, read what goes to it and tap Allow.
6. Read the answer, and tap a follow-up suggestion under it to ask more.

Result

CLEO answers from what is on the page and what it looks up, and the chat stays in Chat History on the CLEO page in the drawer, private to you until you share it. The provider question comes once per provider and is remembered on every device.
