You sign in with your account's email address and password. A forgotten password is reset with a code from an email, never a link.

Before you begin

Steps

  1. Open Curade Mini on your phone.
  2. Type your email address under Email Address.
  3. Type your password under Password.
  4. Tap Sign In.

Result

Curade Mini opens on the Dashboard of the environment you used last. When it says the email or password is incorrect, check both and try again, or reset the password as below. After several refused attempts, sign in pauses for about fifteen minutes and the button counts down; nothing has to be reset, and resetting the password is not affected by the pause.

A forgotten password

  1. Tap Forgot Password? on the sign in screen.
  2. Enter your email address and tap Send Reset Code.
  3. Type the code from the email, and then a new password. It needs 8 or more characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character.

If the email is already in your inbox, Enter Reset Code, under Already have a code?, goes straight to the code boxes. A code works once and lasts 24 hours, and a newer reset email replaces the code in an older one. An admin can also send you a reset code from the console.

Signing out

Sign out, under Account in Settings, ends your session on that device and stops its notifications until you sign in again. On a shared phone, the next person to sign in takes over its notifications. Changing your password signs every device out, this one included.
