Terms of use
In effect from 31 October 2026 · last updated 31 October 2026
These terms explain who may use Curade Mini and CLEO, how to use them, and what Core Consulting is and is not responsible for. They apply alongside the agreement between your organisation and Core Consulting, which prevails where the two differ. You accept these terms when you set up your account in the app and again whenever they change, and we keep a record of each acceptance.

Who can use Curade Mini
Curade Mini is a work tool for the engineers and admins of organisations that use Core Consulting's monitoring service. Core Consulting or your organisation's admin creates your account; nobody can sign up on their own. You use the app for your organisation's work, and your organisation decides which environments you can open.
Your account
- Keep your password to yourself, and sign out of devices you no longer use.
- Your account is yours alone: do not share it or let anyone else sign in with it.
- If you think someone else has used your account, tell us straight away at platformeng@curade.ai.
Using the app properly
When you use Curade Mini, do not:
- try to reach environments, chats or accounts you have not been given;
- test, probe or work around the app's security, rate limits or access rules, or interfere with its servers;
- copy, take apart or resell the app, except where the law allows it;
- upload anything unlawful or harmful, or anything you have no right to share, malware included;
- send CLEO sensitive personal data, such as a person's health or financial details, or anyone's passwords or secrets.
CLEO and AI answers
CLEO answers with the help of an AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI or Google, as Core Consulting or your organisation's administrator chooses for each environment), and asks for your permission before your first message to each provider. How your messages are handled is set out in the privacy policy.
CLEO can be wrong. Its answers are generated, can miss things or state them wrongly, and are not professional advice. Check anything important against your monitoring platform before you act on it, above all before you change a production system.
Monitoring data
The monitoring data the app shows belongs to your organisation. The app reads it from your organisation's own monitoring platform on your organisation's behalf, under the agreement between your organisation and Core Consulting, and so does the service when it checks the monitoring alerts people set, once Core Consulting has switched them on for an environment with your organisation's agreement. Use it only for your organisation's work, and share screens, exports, alert files and chats only with people allowed to see them. For the same reason, a copy of your CLEO chats or your monitoring alerts that you ask us for, for yourself or to send to another organisation, needs written approval from your organisation's representative for that environment, as the privacy policy explains.
Monitoring alerts are a help, not a guarantee. They are checked on a schedule, every few minutes, and an alert can arrive late or not at all: it depends on that schedule, on your phone, its settings and its connection, on the push notification services and on your monitoring platform. You choose the lines your alerts watch, and an alert tells you only what its rule asks. Monitoring alerts never replace your organisation's own incident alerting or on call arrangements.
Maps
On Android, Curade Mini includes Google Maps features and content. Your use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current versions of the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service (maps.google.com/help/terms_maps) and the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). On iPhone, the maps come from Apple Maps.
The places on the maps are looked up through OpenStreetMap: © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence (openstreetmap.org/copyright).
Open-source software
Curade Mini is built with open-source software. Every package it carries is listed with its licence in the app, under Settings > About Curade Mini > Open-source licences.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Curade Mini running, but it can be unavailable at times, for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, such as your monitoring platform or one of our service providers being down. We may change, add or remove features as the app develops. Core Consulting can also pause monitoring alerts for everyone, or switch them off for an environment, for example for maintenance or at your organisation's request, and the people whose alerts that stops are told.
Ending your use
You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time: see Delete your account. Your organisation's admin or Core Consulting can remove your access, for example when you leave your organisation. If you break these terms, Core Consulting can suspend your account: you are signed out of it everywhere, signing in does not restore it, and the account and its data are deleted no later than 14 days after the suspension unless Core Consulting lifts the suspension first. We email you when it is suspended, and again once it is deleted or the suspension is lifted. If Core Consulting lifts it, the app asks you to read and accept these terms and the privacy policy again before you carry on: the account stays closed until you do, and is deleted if you have not by 14 days after the lift. Core Consulting can also suspend an environment, which closes it to every member, and deletes it 30 days after the suspension unless the suspension is lifted. An account nobody has used for 12 months is deleted automatically, after warnings by email and in the app.
Our responsibility
Curade Mini, CLEO and the monitoring alerts are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, Core Consulting is not responsible for decisions made on the strength of what the app, CLEO or an alert shows, for an alert that arrives late or not at all, or for losses caused by your monitoring platform, a service provider or a network being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility the law does not allow to be limited, or changes the agreement between your organisation and Core Consulting.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the new version is published here with the date it takes effect. Until that date the app tells you the change is coming and lets you read it; from that date it shows you a short summary of what changed since you last accepted them, with a link to the whole terms, where the sections that changed are marked, and you accept them before you carry on using the app. If your version of the app is too old to show the new terms, it asks you to update the app first. If you would rather not, you can sign out and come back to it later, or withdraw your consent from the same screen, which suspends your account straight away and then deletes it, as the privacy policy explains.
