Settings decides which notifications reach your phone as a push. Whatever you choose, every notification still lands in the inbox.

Before you begin

  • Your phone allows notifications from Curade Mini. The app asks the first time it opens, and a refusal is changed in the phone's own settings.

Steps

  1. Open Settings from the drawer.
  2. Under Notifications, set Push notifications to On for every kind of push, or Off for none.
  3. Set Monitoring alerts to choose whether your alerts push when they fire.
  4. Set Show readings in notifications to Off to keep the items and their readings off your lock screen.

Result

Each choice is saved as you tap it and holds on every device your account is signed in on. The two monitoring rows show only while monitoring alerts are on in at least one of your environments.

When pushes do not arrive

Work through these in order:

  1. Check the phone's notification permission for Curade Mini.
  2. Check that the rows above are on, and that no snooze is running on your monitoring alerts.
  3. Check that you are still signed in on the phone. Signing out stops its pushes.
  4. Check whether you were in the audience. A notification sent to one environment, one role or one language reaches only the people in it.
  5. On a shared phone, check that nobody else signed in after you.

Notices the service writes also arrive by email, and a missing one is usually in the spam or junk folder.
