Introduction
What Curade does, the modules it holds, who it is for and what you need before you can start using it.
On this page
Curade is a web platform for observing and automating the IT environments Core Consulting looks after for its clients. It collects the data of each environment from your organisation's monitoring platform into one place, and puts what matters on top of it: dashboards, CLEO, automation pipelines, capacity planning and scheduled reports.
What it holds
- Dashboard: dashboards of live panels for each tenant, which you build, share and hand over.
- AI Agent: Agent Chat, where CLEO, the AI support engineer, answers questions about an environment in plain words.
- Settings: for admins, the users, tenants and roles they look after.
- Automation: pipelines for deployments, restarts, rollbacks and routine tasks, started from templates and run on demand or on a schedule.
- Analytics: Capacity Planning, which suggests which hosts to resize, and the Report Engine, which builds and emails reports on a schedule.
- Config: each tenant's thresholds, transactions, tags, maintenance windows and email groups.
Who it is for
Every account holds a platform role and a role in each tenant it works in, and the roles decide which tenants and modules it opens:
- Platform Admin: every tenant, and the users, tenants and roles across Curade.
- Platform User: only the tenants where they hold a tenant role.
- Tenant Admin: full access to their tenant's modules, with its details, sources, configuration and roles.
- Tenant User: their tenant's dashboards, analytics and reports to view, with no automation or CLEO.
Roles and permissions sets out what each role opens.
What you need
- An account. There is no public sign up: a Platform Admin creates it for you (Get access).
- At least one tenant your account holds a role in.
- A desktop browser it runs in (Requirements).
Curade's screens are in English, and these docs come in English and Bahasa Melayu.
