Dashboard
The Curade dashboards, with the live panels you build and edit, who sees each dashboard, the dashboards each module opens on and how to manage them.
On this page
Dashboard shows live panels for the tenant you picked, and Analytics, Automation and AI Agent each open on dashboards of their own. Tenant Admins and Tenant Users both open them.
Panels
A panel shows one metric, drawn as a stat, a line, a bar, a pie, a table or a gauge. Add Panel asks for the metric first, then marks the drawing that suits it best; any other drawing adapts the data to fit. A panel has a Panel Title, and its colours depend on its drawing:
- A stat takes an Accent Colour.
- A gauge takes Threshold Colours for its low, middle and high bands.
- Lines, bars and pies take a colour for each series or slice.
- A table has no colour.
Panels always read the whole tenant, whatever sources you picked.
Editing a dashboard
Edit puts the dashboard in edit mode, and Ctrl+E does the same. There you move a panel by dragging its header, resize it from its edges, lock it in place, change it with its pencil and remove it with its cross. Add Panel adds a panel. Save keeps the changes and Cancel discards them, and Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Y undo and redo while you edit. Customise your dashboard walks through it.
Who sees a dashboard
| Visibility | What everyone else in the tenant can do |
|---|---|
| Public | View it, change its panels and rename it |
| Read Only | View it |
| Private | Nothing; only you see it |
Only the owner changes a dashboard's visibility, transfers it or deletes it. Anyone who can view a dashboard can duplicate it into a copy of their own.
Where dashboards live
| Page | What its panels show |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Any metric from the other three, for an overview across the modules |
| Analytics | Hosts: CPU, memory and availability, with trends and rankings |
| Automation | Pipeline builds: status, success rate, durations and recent runs |
| AI Agent | CLEO's use: messages, chats, active users and cost |
The list at the top of each page switches between the dashboards you can see, filtered by visibility and owner.
Managing dashboards
- New creates a dashboard, Rename renames it and Duplicate copies it into a new dashboard of your own.
- Visibility decides who else sees it.
- Transfer Ownership hands it to another user of the tenant. You lose ownership straight away, and the new owner gets an email about it.
- Delete removes it for good.
New dashboards and duplicates start Private. Curade's built in templates can be duplicated but never changed.
