Notifications

The bell in Curade says when a tenant's data collection is paused and when its data last arrived, and Curade emails the people a change concerns.

The bell at the top right of every page holds Curade's notifications, which are about data collection, and Curade emails the people a change concerns. Everyone who signs in sees the bell.

What the bell shows

A badge on the bell counts the tenants you belong to whose data collection is paused. Opened, the bell shows:

  • When every one of your tenants is collecting data, it says so.
  • When the tenant you picked is inactive, it says Data collection is paused and when its most recent data arrived, in Malaysia time. A report built for that tenant now covers nothing after that moment.
  • When other tenants of yours are paused, it lists them, so you can switch to one and see when its data last arrived.

The bell opens by itself the first time you pick each paused tenant in a browser session. If the time of the most recent data cannot be read, Retry asks again.

Emails

Curade also sends email:

  • When a tenant's data collection pauses or resumes, its responsible engineers get an email, with when its most recent data arrived (Tenants and sources).
  • A password reset link goes to the address you give on the sign in page (Sign in).
  • When someone transfers a dashboard to you, you get an email with a link to it (Dashboard).
  • Reports go to the email groups and addresses set on each one (Report engine).

A pipeline built from Periodic Notifications sends scheduled emails of its own (Automation).

This page describes Curade 3.0.0, the latest version.
