# Frequently asked questions

## Accounts

### Can I sign up for Curade myself?

No. A Platform Admin creates every account and gives it its roles ([Get access](https://curade.ai/en/curade/docs/get-started/access/)).

### What do I do if I forget my password?

Select **Forgot password?** on the sign in page and follow the link in the email within five minutes ([Sign in](https://curade.ai/en/curade/docs/account/sign-in/#forgot-password)).

### Can I use Curade in Bahasa Melayu?

No. Curade's screens are in English, and these docs come in English and Bahasa Melayu, quoting each control as the screen shows it.

## Data

### Why does a page show every source when I picked one?

Dashboards and reports always cover the whole tenant, whatever you pick. Capacity planning and transactions follow the sources you pick ([Tenants and sources](https://curade.ai/en/curade/docs/concepts/tenants-and-sources/#sources)).

### How often does Curade collect data?

Host and disk readings arrive every minute from most sources and every hour from the rest, and transactions once a day ([Data collection](https://curade.ai/en/curade/docs/concepts/data-collection/)).

### How far back can I look?

Host, disk and transaction history is kept for seven years.

## CLEO

### Can CLEO change anything?

No. CLEO reads and explains. It cannot change your environment or run a pipeline.

### Who can read my chats with CLEO?

A new chat starts **Read Only**, so everyone in the tenant can read it. Make it **Private** to keep it to yourself ([CLEO](https://curade.ai/en/curade/docs/features/cleo/#chats)).

## Dashboards

### Who can see my dashboards?

Nobody else while a dashboard is **Private**, which is how every new one starts. **Read Only** lets the tenant view it, and **Public** lets the tenant change it too ([Dashboard](https://curade.ai/en/curade/docs/features/dashboard/#visibility)).
